Planning a birthday, corporate event, team outing, committee event, fundraiser, or simply looking to reserve several courts for a group?

The Forge can accommodate everything from casual multi-court bookings to larger organized pickleball events.

How many courts can we book?

The Forge has 11 indoor pickleball courts.

You can request multiple courts together for your group. Court availability will depend on the date, time, number of courts requested, and the club's existing programming and member bookings.

For larger groups, let us know approximately how many people you expect and we'll help determine an appropriate number of courts.

Does everyone need to know how to play?

No.

Groups can be made up of complete beginners, experienced players, or a combination of both.

If you're simply looking to rent courts, your group can play independently. If you would like more structure, we can also arrange instruction, coaching, organized games, round robins, or other event formats.

Can we just book several courts and organize everything ourselves?

Absolutely.

Not every group needs a fully organized event. If you already know what you want to do, you can simply request multiple courts and manage your own players and games.

Just tell us your preferred date and time, approximate number of players, and number of courts you're looking for.

Can The Forge help organize the pickleball?

Yes.

For groups that want a more guided experience, we can help arrange:

• Beginner instruction

• Dedicated coaching

• Clinics

• Round robin play

• Team competitions

• Tournament-style formats

• Other customized pickleball activities

Additional staffing or programming may affect the event price and will be outlined in your quote.

Is there space for people who aren't playing?

Yes.

The Forge has a mezzanine lounge and viewing area where guests can socialize, watch the courts, eat, or take a break from playing.

Exclusive use of any additional event space should be discussed when booking.

Can we bring food?

Food and catering can be accommodated in approved areas of the facility.

If you're planning food, catering, decorations, or another special setup, please include that information with your event request so we can confirm what is appropriate for the space.

What about alcohol?

Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Any alcoholic beverages consumed at The Forge must be purchased and served through the club in accordance with our licensing requirements.

Do participants need an account or waiver?

All participants must have the appropriate The Forge account and digital waiver completed before participating.

For larger events, we'll provide the organizer with instructions that can be sent to the group ahead of time.

Booking Policies​

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Courts are not held until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

If final payment is not received, the reservation may be released.

Cancellations

More than 7 days before the event:
Your deposit is forfeited, but no additional event charges are due.

Within 7 days of the event:
Your deposit is forfeited and the full event fee is due.

Rescheduling

You may change your event date once, provided the request is made more than 7 days before the event and an alternative date is available.

Requests to reschedule within 7 days of the event are treated as a cancellation.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Private and multi-court bookings must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance.

For evenings, weekends, larger groups, or bookings requiring several courts, we strongly recommend contacting us earlier as availability can be limited.

Is submitting a request the same as making a reservation?

No.

Submitting an event request allows our team to review availability and your requirements.

Your booking is confirmed only once the event details have been approved and the required depos

it has been received.

What happens if The Forge has to close?

If The Forge is unable to host your event because of an unexpected facility or emergency closure, you may reschedule the event or receive a full refund.

 

Why is there a cancellation policy?

The Forge is a membership-based club, and private events can reserve a significant amount of court capacity that would otherwise be available to our members.

These policies allow us to confidently reserve that space for your group while continuing to provide consistent access to our member community.
