Hosting a birthday, corporate event, or social pickleball party? We’d love to welcome you!
Because The Forge is a membership-based club with limited court capacity, all private bookings follow the policy below to ensure fairness for both our members and guests.

Booking Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your courts. Courts are not held until the deposit is received.

Final Payment

Full payment is due 7 days before the event. If payment is not received, the reservation may be released.

Cancellations

• More than 7 days before: Deposit is forfeited; no additional charges.

• Within 7 days: Deposit is forfeited + full event fee is due.

Rescheduling

• You may change your date once, if requested more than 7 days before the event.

• Rescheduling within 7 days counts as a cancellation.

Booking Timeline

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

If The Forge Must Close

In the event of an unexpected facility or emergency closure, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

The Forge is committed to providing fair and consistent court access to our member community.
Private events block a large amount of prime court time, and these policies ensure we can continue offering high-quality programming and open play while still hosting your celebrations.
