Membership & Pricing

 

Do you offer family memberships?
No discounted family memberships are offered. Each membership is individual.

However, families can link relatives under one account for ease of payment and scan-in access.

 

Can memberships be paused?
Memberships are fixed for the full one-year term.
Pauses may be considered in cases of injury with supporting medical documentation.

 

Are singles and doubles priced differently?
Yes — all programming and private bookings are priced per person, with singles being higher.

 

Are taxes included?
No. Taxes are applied at checkout.

What happens when my membership expires?
You’ll receive renewal options in advance, with priority for current members.

Booking Rules & Check-In

 

Do I need a membership to play?
Yes. To reserve courts or join programming, you must hold a Lite, Hybrid, or Ultimate membership.
Non-member guests may join you but cannot book in advance and must sign a waiver at the front desk.

 

How far in advance can I book courts?

• Lite: 5 days in advance

• Hybrid & Ultimate: 12 days in advance

• Guests: No advance bookings

 

How does payment work for private courts?
Bookings are charged per person at checkout.
The booking owner pays to secure the reservation.
Teammates are expected to settle payment before arrival, unless circumstances reasonably prevent it.

 

Is check-in mandatory?
Yes. All players must scan in at the front desk using their Court Reserve barcode.
You may:

• Show it in-app

• Print it as a tag

• Load it onto a smartwatch
  As long as it is scannable, it counts.

 

Can I bring guests?
Yes — guest rate applies. Guests must check in and sign a waiver before playing.

 

Do you provide paddle rentals?
Yes — $5 per day.

 

Do you have a ball machine?
Yes — it can be added during booking if available.

Cancellation, No-Show, Waitlists & Auto-Court System

Effective January 1, 2026

​

Private Booking Cancellations

• 24+ hours before start time → No charge

• Within 24 hours or no-show → Charged per-person court rate

  • Ultimate Members: $12 + tax penalty per person

These policies apply only to private court bookings.

Do penalties apply to Ultimates?
Yes — accountability applies to all.

​

How do waitlists work?
When a spot opens, players are automatically added in order.
Please monitor notifications to avoid inadvertent charges.

​

How does auto-court allocation work?
Starting 60 hours before the event:

• Courts increase when demand rises

• Courts decrease when demand is low
  This helps maximize participation and reduce unused space.

Leagues, Open Play & DUPR

 

Can guests join leagues?
No. Leagues are for Lite, Hybrid, and Ultimate members only.

​

Which leagues are offered?
Season 2 features:

• Fixed Partner Doubles

• Singles Leagues

​

What other programs can I join?
Weekly registration events including:

• Levelled Open Plays
  (Rotating round-robin formats)

• DUPR Ladder Sessions
  (Results recorded for rating updates)

​

Are balls included?
Yes — for all Forge-run programming.
Players must retrieve balls after the session and return them to designated baskets.

League participation expectations:

• Arrive early and prepared

• Maintain fair play and good sportsmanship

• Communicate prolonged absence due to injury/relocation

Membership Availability & Waitlists

 

Are memberships still available?
Our membership is currently sold out.

​

Can I waitlist?
Yes — you may waitlist for Hybrid or Ultimate.
➡ Only current Hybrid members may upgrade to Ultimate when space becomes available.

Refunds, Credits & Payment Rules

 

How do refunds work?
Refunds after purchase will be pro-rated based on the unused term.
Founding Memberships may be considered case-by-case.

​

If a membership is refunded or canceled:
➡ You are placed at the back of the waitlist

 

Credits
Refunds issued to credit will auto-apply to future purchases until used in full.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Missed time

• Scheduling conflicts

• Voluntary withdrawal
  Exceptions may be considered for verified medical or relocation reasons.

Club Etiquette & Safety

 

Court Conduct

​

• Do not run, jump, or crash into fencing — safety first

• Only enter your court within 2 minutes of your start time

• Warm-ups must occur on booked courts only

• Keep language positive and respectful

​

Footwear & Winter Rules

• Indoor non-marking court shoes required

• Outdoor footwear must be left in the lobby — no salt/snow on courts

• Staff may deny court access for improper shoes

​

Belongings & Lockers

• Lockers are day-use only
  Remove all items including locks after play
  (locks left behind may be removed)

​

Alcohol Policy

 

The Forge is a licensed facility.

Alcohol is permitted only in:

• The Lounge (main floor common area)

• The Mezzanine viewing area

​

Alcohol is not permitted:

• On courts at any time

• While actively playing

• In changerooms or walkways

Staff may refuse service to ensure player safety and regulatory compliance.

Parking

​​

• Park only in marked spaces directly in front of our unit

• Do not block ramps or garage doors — towing is enforced by property management
